I thought I'd let you know that the folks down at the Blue Nile laboratories think that M-TRON is a winner..........a total delight...............

Classic Mellotron sounds from the sixties and seventies without the price, bulk or technical problems.

When it came to doing the music for Dr. Who and the Giant Robot I leapt at the chance of being able to use the MTron to good effect, as I would be standing in the shadow of the mighty Radiophonic Workshop. I put together a kind of pseudo classical piece with technological overtones and used the French Horn, cello and strings from the MTron to give it a sort of stacato cantering feel. I also included some of the kettle drum rolls for spooky bits. It all sounded rather authentic, I think. They liked it anyway!

For a long time, I was not a fan of software synths, finding them less intuitive and less musical than their hardware brethren. However, my view is changing, and much of the credit or blame lies at Gmedia's door.

I like Mtron, and the Oddity was the first software synth I used that combined an accurate representation of its inspiration, a good user interface and watertight operation.

With ImpOSCar, the company has gone still further and, now that everything works correctly, the additional benefits outweigh any reservations I might have had.

Beethoven needed these instruments! With these sounds I am all my heroes.

I'm pretty old school in my approach - using Juno 106's , Polysix's and 101's straight into ProTools , with an MPC for my drums - so I'm really not a soft synth lover, but still use your stuff exclusively on pretty much every track I do... the new Kano and Craig (David) albums feature the Minimonsta and M Tron really heavily!!!

I use the M-Tron to massive effect. I love it, it's amazing. The majority of the stuff I do I end up degrading the sounds. I'm constantly trying to make new stuff sound like old records and the MTron gives you that.

I just wrote a new National Anthem for Europe that was presented in Brussels at the weekend and I used M-Tron to create the voices on the main theme - very regal and worked fantastically. Thanks again to you for this great software.

The fact that I prefer to listen to organic music instead of electronic music brings me close to the M-Tron. I love its sound and wonderful warmth.

You've got to be kidding! What is the point of the program? Without program change response it's useless with any DAW and almost useless for live playing. It basically becomes a toy. How could you sell a product with this ridiculous limitation?
